Transparent, no-BS billing. We're not going to bury the pricing behind a "Contact Sales" button or surprise you with per-seat charges three months in. Here's exactly how it works.

Plan comparison

Every plan includes unlimited team members. No per-seat pricing, ever. We think charging per person who wants to help customers is a weird flex, and we're not going to do it.

Free trial

Sign up and get a free 14-day trial of the Growth plan. No credit card required to start.

When the trial ends, you can enter payment info to continue or your account will be paused (not deleted). Your settings, connected channels, and workspaces are preserved so you can pick up right where you left off.

Upgrading & downgrading

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately. We prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle, so you only pay for the days you use the higher plan. No double charges, no mystery line items.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan's features until then. If a downgrade means losing access to features like multiple workspaces and channels, we'll show you exactly what changes before you confirm.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime from Account Settings Subscription. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees, no guilt trips, no "Are you sure?" modals that won't go away.

Plan settings

The Plan section of your Billing page has two optional features you can switch on. Both are available on the Growth and Scale plans.

White Labeling

Removes the "Powered by Ruby Relay" badge from the widget, so your customers see your brand, not ours. That's the whole deal.

Save Conversations

Keeps a copy of every chat so you and your team can reopen and re-read past conversations (history is retained for 90 days). For returning visitors to load their own history in the widget, you'll also set up Identity Verification. See Saved Conversations for the full rundown. Once it's on, you can also turn on Ongoing Conversations from the Conversations page, which keeps a chat open until you resolve it instead of closing after a lull in the conversation.

Account settings

From the Account Settings page you can:

• Update your email and password
• Change your billing information
• View invoices and payment history
• Manage your subscription (upgrade, downgrade, cancel)
